Raww & Bloom offers standard delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.
Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed where appropriate.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
