Made with oats, coconut and a boost of Raww & Bloom Strawberry Swirl, they are perfect for lunchboxes, after school snacks or a healthy treat on the go.
Berry & Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (75g) rolled oats
- ½ cup (50g) almond meal
- ¼ cup (25g) desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 1 tbsp Raww & Bloom Strawberry Swirl powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1/3 cup (50g) dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Blitz oats in a food processor until fine.
- Add almond meal, coconut, strawberry powder, chia, cranberries; pulse until finely chopped but still slightly textured.
- Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Blend until mixture sticks together.
- If too dry, add 1 tsp water or more coconut oil; if too wet, add extra almond meal.
- Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut. Chill 30 - 60 min to firm.
